Occasionally, clients may request to involve a family member or other support person in a therapy session. These sessions are planned for with the client and therapist and conducted at the clinician’s discretion and are focused on supporting the individual client’s treatment goals. Ongoing family or couples therapy is a separate service and may require a referral.
You are welcome to bring your newborn with you to therapy sessions.
We understand the realities of early parenthood and strive to create a supportive, baby-friendly environment.
Feel free to discuss this with your clinician to make sure your session is as comfortable as possible for both you and baby.
